Here’s a photo from yesteryear of two women boxing, apparently under the supervision of a train conductor and a safari hunter. Was that helmet guy in Dragon Tracks? The photo comes from the Powerhouse Museum Collection on Flickr’s Commons page. You should really check out the Commons on Flickr, especially since they have plans to massively grow the collection. They have tons of awesome old photos, most without any copyright, so you can remix, post, or do anything you want with them.

I wonder, what will people say about our photos 100 years from now? Trick question. No one talks in the future. They just make high pitched wheezing sounds that their cell phones decipher as emotions. Yeah, there’s an app for that.  Then their phones call people 100 years in the past to tell them their pictures are funny and dumb. Have a good weekend!
